:wave_cry: Hi guys, I haven't been on for a while. It hasn't been smooth sailing either.

What with one thing and another i managed to put back on 6lbs that i had lost. Never mind, I am back with avengence now!

My new aim is to lose 2 stone in the next 7 weeks (My holiday to greece!)
