Can we make our own homemade soup for lunchtimes? I know on the 1200 (?) you can have a low cal cup a soup (70 cals) but to me they are a bit no descript!
Could you make say a tomato soup - basically just tomatos and a bit of flavouring - no salt tho? I have seen quite a lot of low cal soup recipes and was just wondering.
I foudnd this one..... what do you think?? obviously leaving out the salt!
