Hello

I ate out today in Caffe Nero and was v little 'good' choices available so i went for the carrot and coriander soup but have no idea of the syn value... could anyone help me out please. It came with a roll and butter on the side which i didnt have... so go me

From the info here it's 174 calories so 8.5 syns (no free food in shop-bought soup so 1 syn per 20 caloies)

It probably was your best bet given the alternatives. Still not too bad though, you made a good choice
