They are all usually high in syns I'm afraid as they don't qualify for a free food allowance. You can work out the syns using 1 syn for every 20 calories. Some soups do count as a HEB but you are best just to make you own

Really my homemade soup don't turn out right lol
I don't use many syns a day so maybe I can use it on soups x
