Soups??

I know that slimfast dint do soups anymore but I was wondering if any of the other brands did soups... Asda, tesco???

I'd fancy adding a soup into my shake/bar rotation???

I don't know about any of the other brands do. but I do know Weight Watchers do soups that are 74 cals for the whole tin! Maybe u could have one of those as a snack inbetween when u have ur bars/shakes?

I have Campbells cupasoups as one of my 100 cal snacks! the potato and leek is my favourite and it comes in at 98 calories.

I bought some asda cup a soup things this morning - 50cal for the tomato one and only 50p so thought they were worth a try! x​
