Soy sauce

I know the book says this is free but its 52 cals for 10mls and the book says any sauces etc have to be less than 40 cals to be free. Can anyone help? I'm confused! xx

The <40 calls per 100ml is for salad dressings which soy sauce is not.... Just accept its free, you'll drive yourself crackers over thinking the plan... I should know, first time on plan I was constantly questioning how mullers could be free
