I will post pics of my SW diaries just so people can see if I am going wrong. I can see a few things now that I have worked out wrong or just used the wrong plan. Think I am on track now.
Can I ask you not to post any more copy/pasted images from slimming world? They may be copyright of Slimming World and we have a notice regarding copyright as a sticky on the Slimming World main forum.
