SP Plan

Hi all, I have started doing the SP plan as my weight doesn't seem to be shifting however I am finding it a little bit difficukt. I double my oats in the morning so my two extra bs are gone. I coukd use some inspiration for meal ideas. I am sting a lot of eggs, ham and salmon. Does anyone else find it difficult? Thank you.
 
Hi Anna and welcome, it is difficult to start with until you get into the swing of things, I also use up my healthy A and B at breakfast time, then I know it's out of the way. Have a nosey around some peoples food diaries and in the recipe section for some inspiration and good luck on your weight loss journey :)
