Hey

I'm going to a Spanish place for a meal tomorrow night!! Any ideas what I can have as I've never been to a Spanish restaurant before!! I will be having a Green day tomorrow!!

Is it La Tasca? I love that restaurant
They cook alot of things in oil, but I think the Spanish Omelette, or vegetarian paella would be ok, and I am pretty sure they do salads.

What did you choose? I'm going to our local on monday and was thinking of tapa's but am scared to look for the syn values!

We had a joint tapa's between everyone... was lovely and syn values mega mega high I reckon as it is all cooked in oil!! Was a nice treat though!!
