can anyone tell me syn value of spar's own make pork sausages?

if they're not on the website, the info is:
per sausage: energy 206kcal, protein 7.9g, carb 6.3g, fat 16.7g, fibre 0.5g, salt 1.3g

i have a feeling its going to be sky high
