ok thanks guys,was getting a tad worried as i have only just started drinking it since saturday and the scales dont seem to have budged since then.was hoping to lose the usual 4lb this week to take me to exactly 8 stone lost as i am supposed to start refeed this weekend.hmmm we shall see, they do tell you not to weigh yourself on other scales so maybe thats it xxxxx
i was told to avoid soda water because of the salt content, sparkling mineral water is fine as just got off phone to lipotrim and asked while i was on the phone if it was ok just to be on the safe side
I hope the sparkling stuff doesnt make you retain water (surely it can't its only bubbles)i've got my official weigh in tommorow and I bought 30 500ml bottles of it from costco the other day and i've only got half of em left.:sigh:
i have both soda and sparkling, the dvd says soda is ok. although this week i've not had any... and my scales have not budged at home, think we have an attack of dodgy gravity again!
me 2 at the minute but cant believe how bloated my tummy is right now, i feel like somebody has pumped me up! considering there isnt much fat left on it i feel huge at the moment grrrrrr
I think I might ease off the sparlking water for a while just in case, at the moment my fridge looks crazy nothing but bottles of water in it, its never been like that before
Well I've been drinking this more than still water and I still lost a huge amount, so you should be ok ladies....maybe the bubbles tricked the scales into thinking I was lighter lol
well i have weigh in number 22 tomorrow, boots scales say i have only lost 2lb this week which is ok, if i lose 2 then i have 8 more to target but will see what the chemist scales say tomorrow, i cant stop drinking the sparkling water as i really enjoy it with some sweetener in it, makes a nice change. we shall see.....
