ok so first meal .. extra lean mince tinned tomato bulking it out with peppers n onion , mushroom .. can I use knorrs beef stock pot to?? the inividual pot things??? prob would throw nin 2???

n pasta obv..

Thanks in advance .. its the bits like this im a bit worried about sinning without knowing.. making it in the slow cooker for all the family. x

Sounds fine, all stock is free I think. Will you be getting 1/3 superfree with it though? Perhaps throw in a carrot or courgette as well, or have a side salad with it.

Good news. All the Knorr stock pots are syn free so throwing 2 in for the whole family is perfectly fine.

also try the italian oxo they are free and great for spag bol just hard to find.
