I made a slimming world "quiche" to bring to our taster session last night. I adapted the recipe by adding a bit of broccoli and sweetcorn to it, and it was ace! I use the broccoli & cheese Pasta n Sauce, cottage cheese and eggs. Then my hex A of cheddar on top. I'm sure you could add chopped raw spinach and a hex A of Feta too... be experimental!
