Just wondering if there is any reason why this isn't reccomended? I like to have 14g of bran flakes on my fruit & yogurt for breakfast and then one alpen light for a snack & count that as one HEXB. Anyone else do this?
Agreed I only split my HEXs with bread and milk or cheese or ryvita as I struggle to eat alot of bread and milk. Bread tends to bloat me and I dont like milk so I only have it in my tea or coffee, hence why I tend to half my HEXs and vary them a bit.
I found it helped.
Or I have 1 piece of bread in the morning and 1 in the evening and eek it out over the day x
