Can anyone helo?
Although I don't use much spread I di use it occasionally, I've been using weightwatchers Dairy Spread which is quite low in syns - but I can't find it anywhere, Asda used to stock it but they don't seem to be doing it anymore.
Can anyone suggest a spread that tastes ok and is low in syns?

I only use Lurpak lighter which is 4 syns per tablespoon. I know it's not the lightest one or lowest syn wise but I can stand any other spreads so worth splashing out on syns.

i use the bertolli light olive oil spread,

its 2.5 syns for a tbsp. enough for 2 small slices of bread, or a blob in a spud.
