hi all new to this so please dont shout if i have posted on the wrong page..
This may help or may not i have just made a food diary (first time making a spread sheet so may not be everything on it what you want) its just a basic one which will also add up your syn values once you type them in giving you a total of what you have used each day.
anyway i dont know what else to write about it but you can have it if you want it
problem is i dont know how to share it with you guys?? xx
