SS and SS+

    Hi guys

    Can any of yu kind people tell me the difference between SS and SS+. I am on SS as I thought this would give you the quicker weight loss? Any one any thoughts? I never even asked my CDC about it! :confused:

    Was Cambridge, now maintaining
    SS = 3 or 4 products (depending on height or gender)

    SS+ = 4 products (regardless of height or gender) and 200ml skimmed milk
    OR
    3 products (regardless of height or gender) and a small green and white meal as laid out in the booklet.

    If you don't have a booklet, ask your consultant for one as it's really handy :)

    Thanks KD, do you loose weight quicker though on ss?

    I love ss+ :D

    I personally dont think you lose weight quicker on ss...but thats me :D

    SS+ is only 615 cals a day max.. so put in perspective....its like nothing!

    Yeah thats what I thought so I was thinking if I could do that really but don't want it to slow things down!
