SS+ Question

Hi starting SS+ Tomorrow, going to have my small meal in evening, Tuna and lettuce, does the tuna have to be in water or is in brine ok? How much tuna can I have sorry have lost book xxx

Has to be water. I am assuming it's because brine is salted

As Amanda says it needs to be in water. You should be able to buy tins of tuna in spring water.
