i've doen WW once b4 but it was just for a few weeks.... the loss was too slow for me too!! SW i have never tried, but i prolly could do with something to use as a maintaining tool!!! maybe i'll look at SW and how it works.... seems real complicated! Well I'm off to bed went for a walk late evening and now my legs are aching and i have kick boxing moro!!! .... catch you soon x
