ok so i know its 200 cals more a day but its near enough pure protein so you stay in ketosis but does it work as well???
ive had a go this week and still fell like a fat knacker!!! scales dont seem to have budged much at all.....but i do like the thought of eating once a day....it keeps me sane!! i know on average you can loose apx 1 stone a month on ss, but how much roughly on ss+

I'm not doing any at the moment, can't get my head and body working the same way!! Once they decide what they will do then I will be following...

I did do SS+ for a while, just the thought of an actual meal was lovely. but I did also do SS last year for 12 weeks and it is an amazing diet but you need loads of willpower. I lost just over 3 stone but unfortunately been eating crap ever since so put it all back on (was poorly!)..

Good luck on your journey hunny, and the most direct route either ss or ss+ will work, stick to it religiously...

I was chatting to Debbie, and she loses 3lb a week, so yes its 12lb a month, think if you wanted to lose has i do 3 stone or more, then its going to be 3 months rather than 2 months.

I think for me it will stop me wanting to pick at food, i can think well i shall have a green salad and chicken later, so no need to have a binge at food that is there at a bbq, or eat the kids leftovers.

well its def coming off ...i dont get totm so hopefully that wont interupt my weight loss.....ill see how i do this week...i know at least ive got til dec now to get off 4 stone !! so can pace myself a bit better....

thats how i look at it....it stopping me piggin out...and i have shake brekkie, soup or shake for lunch and eat a bar throughout the day...feel like im having choc naughties too!!!

just had a piece of chick and some rocket...had a little bit of balsamic dressing ...but was literally a little bit....phoebe was really tired so didnt stay for too long....kids are great at times when you need an excuse arent they!!!

look you ....!!!! i know i was bad but today was a new day!!!! i feel as guilty as hell and if ive only lost a pound this week that bloody sausage is to blame.....god i so wish i had stuck my fingers down my neck after i ate it!!!! i was good today thou......honest!!!!

Summer hols were wen i gained half a stone last year( after maintaining for 4 months), and today is only day 2 of summer hols... and i could eat a scabby donkey :( ( well maybe not quite) but i'm darn starving.... having more and more water, but its not hitting the spot!!! So if ya can hun, stick with Ss or Ss+ for as long as you can!!!!!

Oh i will.....its not so bad for me as i am working shifts, just doesnt help im off this week...my wi will be the shock to the system i think...if i have a crap loss this week will have to go back to ss.if ive lost 4 or more ill stick with ss+

well even on SS.... you can have smaller losses... i've had 1lb and 2lb losses on SS but than you have a higher one to balance it out..... don't get too hung up on the scales! :)

you are right any loss is a gain in my eyes...think this diet makes you a bit greedy thou....seems like the worng word to use but its right..you get greedy to loose lots and lots all the time...its an addiction....its quite worrying really ...!!

yeah thats true..... i was liek that first time, this time i'm more chilled about it, i'm more bothered about getting the after care right!!!! :) maintanance!!!!!

that worries me a bit too, but got to loose it first b4 i even start thinking about keeping it off!!! ill do this til ive lost 4 stone. i dont want to do it any longer as i think i will be obsessed...ill prob stick to sw after this 30 flirtygirl is doing really well on it....ive done sw b4 but it wasnt coming off quick enough,,,,but i presume once the weight is off metabolism is back to norm again....
