SS+, what are your losses???

Im thinking of switching from SS to SS+, and was wondering what peoples losses were on SS+?

mine are ss+ losses too in my signature,I have gone back to ss+ 4 packs and milk as have realised after the meal in recent weeks I have wanted more,whatever suits you though hun the losses are good.
