yesterday was hard but today seems easier. Don't feel hungry at all

I'm glad you've had a better day one day closer to goal, eh? I've battled with home made pizza tonight- but I've returned triumphant . Only problem I've had today is an incredible sore tongue!!!! Have you had that or is it just weird, freaky 'ol me lol?

Not a sore tongue but do have the metallic taste in my mouth. Day 10 and stuck to it 100% very pleased with myself
