    I lost 2 lbs!
    Slightly disappointed, but the I had a week of being naughty between the last weigh in and this so who knows I might've been heavier a week ago.
    Going to step up my exercise this week - from 0 to something:8855:

    2 pounds in your first week is really good, it's best to lose it steady hun, I got weighed in yesterday and only lost 3.5 pounds and that's in my first 2 weeks (I couldn't get weighed last week) :D so you did better than me, so don't be hard on yourself, well done! x

    Yes I agree, celebrate every weight loss whatever it is cos its a step in the right direction. Well done
