So this is my first time posting on the food diaries! Here's is my weekly plan for this week in the hopes of nipping my recent weight gains in the bud! I will come back daily and post my actual daily diaries but this is roughly what I'm having.

Breakfasts will be either eggs on toast or oats so simple; snacks usually fruit; syns will be a max of 5 a day; dessert will be either Alpen Light or Scan bran parkin most likely.

Thursday - EE
L: Beef Stew
D: chicken dhansak, pilau rice

Fri - Red
L: All day breakfast quiche
D: Adobo pork, squash, sprouts

Sat - Red
L: Beef Stew
D: Sweet & Sour Chicken, stir fried veg

Sun - Red
L: Sausage sandwich
D: Bacon, onion & cabbage, broc/cauli mashed with LCL

Mon - Red
L: Bacon & cabbage or quiche
D: Indian fish, roasted veg

So far so good! Am sticking with my daily plans. Really helps to keep me on track. Off to make my breakfast quiche for lunch!
