Yep, here it is. Someone else posted it in the recipes section. It's LOVELY!! I've been having half the cake practically every night!
2 HEX Bs and 2 syns for whole cake
5 scan bran (1 HEX B)
28g porridge oats (1 HEX B)
15g Splenda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp treacle (2 syns)
2 eggs
Preheat oven to 180. Soak the scan bran in boiling water for 1 min. Drain and put in a bowl. Add the cinnamon, splenda, treacle & oats and mix. Add the eggs and mix well. Pour into a greased tin and bake for 20 mins. Leave to cool.
