Can anyone help please as I'm not sure of the syn value of this as I have read both 3 syns and free on Green / EE -can anyone tell me which is right please? - Oh it's the less than 1% fat one!
The only stagg vegetable chilli listed on syns online is the garden vegetable chilli which comes in a 400g can. Its 2.5 syns on green or ee and 7.5 syns on original.
