Heya
I'm a big Starbucks fan and asda do cartons of Starbucks at the moment for £1. I can find the syn values online for these but worked them out to be 6.5, my question is is that can I use my hea towards these do you think?

Thankies

Not sure - you are able to if getting one at the shop but I just worry about the additives in a shop bought version

What are the ingredients and does it say the the quantity of milk in it

Hiya
It's says 75%of 2% milk which Is semi skimmed isn't it? Coffee20% sugar 5% and then a few stabilisers. To be honest its a yummy 6.5 syns but even better if j can use it as a hea!

To use HA for the milk multiply 0.75 by the volume of the carton to get the number of mls of milk, then compare this to the volumes of whole milk, semi or skimmed milk in your food optimising book to see how much of it to count as a HA. Then you'll just need to count syns for the remaining milk and the sugar.

You won't be able to use this as a healthy extra unless you were adding your own milk, as the calcium will not be the same and it will be full of additives.
