Ok, I've searched through my book, but to no joy. I'm going for a "coffee" on monday with one of my friends. I don't really drink hot drinks other than the odd options hot choccy, and i'm not likely to get a low fat one of them in 'bucks, SO I thought the "juice blend" frapp would be better. Can anyone tell me how many syns would be in the various sizes please?

From memory, it's a fruit-based syrup that they use, with ice added. Is the nutritional info on the Starbucks.co.uk site?

Would a non-fat hot chocolate not work out? Would you be allowed to use the milk as your HEA or not?
Hi hun, know it's boring - but sometimes I just get a diet coke in starbucks when I go with the girls, failing that - just ask for a skinny hot choc with no cream, then it would be a few syns and a HEa
