Starbucks Syrup

I've just a starbucks skinny caramel macchiato, but I forgot to ask for the sugar-free syrup. I will be counting the skimmed milk as my HEA, but I just wondered if anyone could tell me the syn value for a shot of regular full sugar syrup. I've had a look on syns online but they only give syn values for the entire drink including the milk.

They seem to vary from 1.5 - 3syns per shot, the monin ones are 2.5syns per tbsp x

Brilliant, thanks Littlepink! I'll count 3 and that way I'm covered. Only on day 2 of being back on track and it won't take much for me to slide back into last week's habits!
