Starbucks Tall Cafe Latte?

Does anyone know how many syns a Starbucks Tall Cafe Latte is and can I use the milk in it as a HEA?

You can use it as a HexA if you have it with skimmed because a tall is just over 350ml, I'm not quite sure about the syns because I always use it as a HexA.

Does anyone know about the flavoured syrups that they do as my friend told my they were sugar free?

I really don't think they are sugar free...in my old SW Directory(2005) it says a Mocha Syrup shot is 4.5 on green and 5 on red...so the caramel etc are probably even more! :-(

They have sugar free varieties of the vanilla and the hazelnut and they're completely free!

I don't drink the Fraps I'm afraid.

Me too!! Prefer Costa but Starbucks is closer!

Fraps vary from 6 (ish) for a skinny light one without cream to about 26 for a fatty one with cream!
