Ok I have had enough. I lost 34 in total, but over the past couple of weeks I have been naughty and enjoyed eating fatty (but tasty) food. I know I shouldn't be eating it but I havent really been that worried until I got on the scales this morning and put on 6lb. So its a new start again for me. I refuse to get back to the weight I began at back in march. So here I come, its 1200 cals a day for me from now on. Im even off for a run to kick start the calorie burning. I will keep you all posted on my weight loss journey. Happy dieting campers :grouphugg:
