START AGAIN TODAY 21/07/11

    Ok I have had enough. I lost 34 in total, but over the past couple of weeks I have been naughty and enjoyed eating fatty (but tasty) food. I know I shouldn't be eating it but I havent really been that worried until I got on the scales this morning and put on 6lb. So its a new start again for me. I refuse to get back to the weight I began at back in march. So here I come, its 1200 cals a day for me from now on. Im even off for a run to kick start the calorie burning. I will keep you all posted on my weight loss journey. Happy dieting campers :grouphugg:

    I've been having the same problem. Fell off the diet and exercise wagon and have since only managed to half heartedly calorie count. Weigh in today and its not going to be good!
    Am getting back on the wagon properly!

    Don't panic ladies.. I put 6lbs back on a few weeks ago and so far I've lost 4lbs in 2 weeks... Hoping for more this week :innocent0001::fingerscrossed:

    Once you have got over the 3 day 'hump' you will be rocking and rolling! I bet you will lose 2 or 3 lbs in those days too, especially if you guzzle lots of water and do lots of exercise.

    Good luck neen - at least you are getting back on track rather than letting it go any longer!

    I'm annoyed was supposed to go for a run to enjoy I nice glass of red wine - didn't get chance to run - but had 2 glasses of wine - 19 cals over for the week heading into the weekend - going to have to do some serious exercise!!!!!

    :giggle::giggle:Aw thanks for all the good lucks and encouragement. I did really well yesterday and I feel better today by not pigging out. And to all those of you who are back on the waggon along with me, lets do this together and keep eack other informed as well as giving support when we need it. I find that coming on this forum when im thinking about food really helps me make the right choice (by not eating what im thinking about which is usually chocolate or mcdonalds lol), and I am going to visit the forum every day so I stick to the diet.
