Start dates and weight on posts

    I've seen alot of you have your weights each week on your posts
    how do you do that

    if you want to write the weight loss as well as a ticker click on User cp its in the blue box on the top of the page, then on the left hand side you will see edit signiture. thats where u add what you like also the code you get from your created ticker hope this helps :)
