So I did CWP last year and lost about 21lbs in three weeks. I was naughty and only lasted that long and put it all back on over christmas
But I am back again and something inside me has changed this time! Last time I was cheating and drinking loads at the weekend. But I have been doing since Monday with no cheating. I have POS and I am in deep Ketosis
I am not hungry in the slightest! I started this time at 16st0.8lbs, biggest I have ever been
I am very lucky and seem to hide weight very well and this is mostly why I have let it creep up that much! Well here is me just before starting the diet. I will post progress pictures at weigh in each week so I can see my progress
