Started good now needing help

Hi I started SW 2weeks ago lost 4.5lbs first week then 1.5lbs last night. Had a bad day today had a lunch out to celebrate with a friend and had mushroom stroganoff and a piece of marshmallow cake. Now feeling really bad. No idea how many syns I will have used. Wanted to do really good this week have I blown it?

Hi - first of all well done on your losses so far, that's great. You've not blown this week at all, just draw a line under it and get back on plan.... I was worried about a meal out one week, when my consultant said... "you have 21 meals a week, don't let one naughty meal ruin the other 20" xx

Thanks for that big boost, i've never dieted before and needing a big push to get down to a weight I can feel happy about. My consultant told me week 3 would be the hardest and I now want to prove her wrong and have a good loss. Had a good day on a red day no syns yet but there is a mini mars in the cupboard calling out and I only ever take chocolate once in a blue moon. Read that its only 4syns so might have it. Thanks again

Make sure you have your syns as they are an important part of slimming world.
If you find later on down the line your weight loss start to stutter, you can reduce your syns to start the losses again, but if you're having no syns or minimum syns, you have nothing to reduce!
