Started today

I've had all my snacks, shakes and meal for the day but I still have exercise calories left. I'm quite active in the gym every day and working out at home and usually burn up to 600 cals. Which is what I have left.

Is this combination still a winner on slimfast ?
 
I've never eaten the calories I burn doing exercise, can't see why it would be recommended to someone who's trying to lose weight to be honest. I don't reckon them on the Biggest Loser eat the calories they burn :D
