Started today!

Well when I say 'started' I really mean I joined the class this evening!
It's a start.
I stood on the scales and nearly choked at how much I have gained in the last couple of months. O my god I can gain weight faster than anything!!!!!!
But back on the road to recovery now and I have all my foods in.
In fact I'm quite looking forward to it cos I am fed up with feeling fed up, fed up of being fat, miserable and grumpy, with no energy and clothes that are all too tight.
