Just to tell you I technically started yesterday on a DD, ate today and will do another DD tomorrow. I am going to try this for a week or two to see how I get on with it.
Can you eat what you want on an UD? Even fattening things? I did have fattening Chinese today although not that much of it but still hoaching in cals I'm sure but just salad and small bp at lunch.
