Hi every1 am new here just starting my shakes 2moro and i can't wait 2 c the pounds dropping off, gud luck 2 me and every1 who is starting dis week.

Welcome Creme egg.This is my 3rd week on the diet. I love the shakes, it takes all the hasle out of thinking what you can and can't have to eat a how much ect. For me the hardest are the weekends. Anyway good luck and let us know how get on.
