Pork scratchings, there a life saver if you like a cheeky crunchy snack, just check carb content though, the best ones are the rock solid ones that break your teeth from morrisons in a red bag. Pepperoni, chorizo, tins of tuna i find if im peckish but in a hurry! and mayonnaisie, full fat mind, olive oil and butter for cooking in.
