I'm starting again, in four weeks I've lost 10 pounds and want to lose my next four pound in time for Christmas Day. I drink 2litres of water a day, upped my fruit and veg intake, but my problem is I carry most of my weight on my tummy. What exersizes can I do to help flatten it?
abdominals...many many abdominals! at the beginning it might look like your tummy is getting bigger, don't worry! it's just a matter of time and it will go flat
just make sure you vary abs exercises... there are a lot!
