Hi to all, starting again on the weight loss. I am Coeliac so i take porridge in the morning (even though it’s like wallpaper paste) for help in lowering my high cholesterol and for roughage But I also add tablespoon of chia seeds and milled linseed. So am I right it is 2 syns per tablespoon? And the porridge is one of my b choices on Extra Easy? Looking forward to losing weight.
