    Bloody hard sometimes Emmy I love my bed but got college tonight boo! I'm so cold could just snuggle x

    His Hun, only 3 lb loss :( not that surprised as had been picking! Overall 9lb loss in 2 wks Pleased with inch loss thou-6inches off waist:)
    Talked to consultant and am going to do ssplus on wkends to get out of habit if picking!
    Hope u having a good week and college ok. What course are u doing? Xx
