Starting again too.................

Hi everyone
I'm starting again tomorow on SS! did so well,then it was summer (well if u can call it that!) got complacent with the weight loss, and have eaten everything in sight ever since. (and put a stone back on!):cry:
Its SO hard to start again, have been meaning to do it for few weeks, just read some posts on here, and it has spurred me on to do it tomorow! wish me luck!

i too am restarting again tomorrow so hopefully we can do it together.
i was on a roll before i went on my hols in july and have tried and failed to get back on the cd wagon since then,well ive got myself on a team to to give me the incentive i need to keep my heade in the game,
