hiya guys,
im starting cd ss from tommorrow, again!! i started in december 2008 till march 2009 n lost about 3 stones as i cheated a bit during that time, anyways i stoppped the diet and jus ate ate n ate! so naw i am back on the diet, i dont have a certain time frame but to be honest the sooner the better, having a group of 7 other girls as close friends and all of them being a size 6/8 naturally and eating loads and not putting weight on and them me whos a size 16/18 has finnaly got to me, it has never annoyed me up untill recntly!! anyways hopefully fingers crossed all goes well i will keep you all updated xx
