Hi, im not 100 percent certain how to use this site, eg: cant look at my profile, dont know how, i can only edit it. i have been on cambridge for nearly 8 weeks i have had a couple of weeks off due to my cousin getting married so came off it and no i wasnt good!! it felt like i was in heaven chewing again stupid i know. I have started again today and i know i will struggle, i started last week but had a bad week at work and lost the plot again. I cant keep losing it so easy i need to lose the weight, i dont want to be unfit fat and 41. My partner has no will power so it makes it easy to fall off the plan. So far i have had my shake and 3 cups of tea and a bottle of water fingers crossed i can do iT.
I have to say i suffer from IBS and have done for years and thanks to this diet i have discovered bread kills me so im pleased i know one thing, i cant eat bread. I have had nothing but stomach ache with the food i have been eating while off cambridge, so i know it does me good to be on it, just need the will power to get over this week. sorry its so long winded. Is there anyone else who keeps falling off the wagon? :break_diet:
