Well it looks like I am back at the beginning (well nearly) :wave_cry:
I mean the one (the only!) good thing about being back at the start is the reason I am back at the start is due to being pregnant and having a beautiful new baby girl now, BUT I still feel disappointed that I didn't stick to plan while I was pregnant. I'm still not quite as heavy as I was, but only half a stone off it so I really need to be back on plan now. I can't afford class right now as with being on maternity leave were struggling with the short fall in wage as it is and just can't justify the £20 a month cost (besides which the thought of leaving DH to put our 4 yr old and the baby to bed terrifies us both haha) so i'm having to do it solo till at the very least after Christmas, if not till April when I go back to work so I need to find the motivation from somewhere other than a class.....so here I am!!!
The thing i'm finding hardest at the moment is being at home all day with the baby, She is usually fussing & crying and results in be trying for an hour to get her to sleep (she doesn't like day sleeping lol) which then results in me either skipping meals (bad) or grabbing something quick & unhealthy (also bad but not sure which is worse!) so I need to start planning and organising in order to get back on the plan.
