Hi All,
I have started the LT diet again today. I lost just a stone in 3 weeks last time however dueto circumstances I did not follow the refeed programme and slowly the weight crept back on.
I am now at my heaviest ( almost 16st) I have been trying to kid my self and squeeze in to my size 18s and so i had a choice. Buy a new wardrobe in the next size up or do something about it.
So here I am on day one, one shake down and feeling all motivated.
Any other newbies out there in their first week or anyone that has been doing this a while wishing to offer any advise please feel free
