Im newish been on lipotrim before and on this site(cant remember my old password) done really well and loved the diet after the first week of hell!
I had a baby 9 months ago and piled the weight back on so im starting again need my body back xx

Well done kelly for coming back and starting LT again it is fantastic diet even though im a great struggler i have 4 children aged 11 and under so hard watching them eat, iv had a week off(i know silly thing to do)got my self motivated again and il be starting again tomorrow keep coming back here for support everyone is so caring and get great advice good luck and carry on its not forever thats what i keep telling my self
