So here I am again, I stated CD again on Saturday and weighed in at 13st 5lbs.....I'm soo pi**ed off with myself!
I lost 13lbs on CD in 3 weeks at the beg of September, and then stopped and went back to eating when the hell I wanted, obviously I stopped going to my weigh-ins..... 2 months later and I'm back to where I statred!
There is no way I can be this size for Christmas, it will make me soooo depressed! My goal is to shift 1.5st by Christmas which I know is do-able on SS'ing!
My evenings are where I struggle the most, in the past, this is where I've always messed up! I think I need to just go to bed if I'm tempted!
My CD counsellor told me that I must get weighed every single week no matter what so that's what I'm gonna do!
Wish me luck people, I know the 1st week is always the hardest so roll on Saturday for my first weigh-in baby!!!
Please let me know if you have any tips on fighting the hunger pangs in the evenings!
